Wingstop

El Creative has a special place in its heart for Wingstop. Michael’s parents were early customers of Wingstop, frequenting the restaurant with the family as a weekend treat in the mid-late 90’s. Rex, the manager who now owns several restaurants, knew what our order would be right when we walked in. Fast forward about a decade, when El Creative was just making its way into the ring, and Wingstop would become one of its first full-service clients with a relationship that has spanned more than a decade!

When we started working with Wingstop they had fewer than 100 locations and by the time we looked up, we had gone on a ride with them as they flew the award-winning wing concept into more than 1,000 locations worldwide! El Creative served as their full-service agency in charge of EVERY aspect of the brand from internal communications to its advertising campaigns in both English and Spanish to it’s restaurant layout and menu design strategy. The years of creating video ad campaigns with Troy Aikman were some of the most memorable years. Michael even served as their internal Creative Director for years. It was a relationship that was a labor of love for El Creative and a testament proving that a small yet nimble agency who preferred to keep a low-profile, could do big things.
