Jammin’ with Troy and the Wingman
El Creative has been back in the recording studio with Wingstop, along with their spokesman and self-proclaimed number 1 fan, Troy Aikman. It looks like Troy may have a little competition though, as D.J. Troville – winner of the Ultimate Wing Fanatic competition – steals the spotlight with his catchy winning song, “Wingman.”
This commerical spot was done as fulfillment of the Ultimate Wing Fanatic competition prize, which was to star alongside Troy Aikman in a nationally aired Wingstop Commercial. El Creative, in addition to concepting and producing this commercial spot and campaign, have signed on to produce several other spots for Wingstop in the near future. So keep a lookout, but beware: this silly little Wingman jingle, love it or hate, is bound to get stuck in your head. A sly move…perhaps, but we just like to call it strategy.
